It was lovely to see so many Hawkwood families join us for our Family Literacy Night! We love to host a few events a year to bring usual together as a community. Thank you for your support!

For Discussion:
Coming home is a string! We did a collaborative team building math activity with another classroom- boy we worked hard to use our "Mojo" Growth Mindsets of patience, listening perseverance even when difficult. We had to overcome 'rock brain' and 'glass man' - and boy! it wasn't easy.. but we did it, and we did a FABULOUS job.
Try to make a few shapes as a family! Remember to keep your hands on the string!
Also coming home is our "fortune tellers' aka 'pac man' that we created as a strategy to overcome Glassman from Superflex. Glassman gets UPSET and make a big deal out of small problems.
